Custom Fonts

Scrite comes bundled with fonts for each language it supports. Until 0.4.12, you had to use only those fonts and no other within your screenplays. Starting with 0.4.13, we now make it possible for users to assign custom fonts to each language they want to use.

The Application tab in Settings now allows you to map other fonts installed in your computer with specific languages.

Once configured, the screenplays will be displayed using the newly mapped fonts. Infact even PDF’s will have the new fonts embedded in them.

You can install or update to 0.4.13 to use this feature.
